Responsibilities

WHAT DUTIES WILL YOU HAVE?
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all military, defense, and government customer account management matters.
  • Works closely with and assists the CEO, managing sales projects with prospects and clients
  • Compiles solution and price proposals for prospects and clients
  • Oversee projects’ solution design, engineering, production, delivery, and deployment workflows with the Continest engineering,  production, logistic, and assembling teams.
  • Elaborates project plans for external and internal project stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop (trusted advisor) relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with the growth team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluent English is a must, French, German or Spanish are added value)
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Project Management, Public Service or a relevant field

The Government and Defence Account Manager creates long-term, trusting relationships with our customers in the market's military/defense and government segment. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee the portfolio of military/defense/government customers, own and manage sales projects with prospects and clients, drive and oversee internal projects with the design, engineering, production, logistics, and deployment teams. This position will work closely with the Head of Business Development and the CEO.
