Supply Chain Data Administrator
Our partner is a global healthcare organization, and we are looking for a Supply Chain Data Administrator to join their team.

Part of the company's Supply Chain Transformation strategy is the efficient product database maintenance by the Product Data Management team. Numerous products are being purchased which leads to transactions in different systems. It will impact all areas of the supply chain like procurement, warehousing and shipping. Only a well-maintained product database can lead to the smooth operation of which you will be part of it.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Maintain the company's internal product database;
- Based on requests you will create new products;
- Verify whether new item codes are required or advise about existing ones;
- Make sure that all item attributes have been correctly captured and the item description has been standardized;
- Dig into and understand the specificities of the different products;
- Provide advice and encourage knowledge-sharing whenever possible.
Required competencies
- At least a secondary school degree;
- Experience in a similar role (supply chain field);
- Fluent written and verbal English knowledge;
- Great attention to detail;
- Meticulous, independent, and proactive.
Desirable competencies
- University degree in a related field (business administration, supply chain, logistics etc.)
- Previous experience with products in the medical or laboratory industry.
