We are looking for a young and ambitious Personal Assistant in Budapest to handle the business and personal affairs of the company owner.

Hybrid work format: remote work + in-person meetings in Budapest.

The job is dynamic and will involve a variety of personal and business tasks:

  • Assist the CEO at conferences (research and organize information, establish contact with clients);
  • Analyze data and find optimal solutions;
  • Conduct research and organise information;
  • Find contractors for specific tasks (repairs, cleaning, etc.);
  • Personal support (contact organizations, make contracts, make payments, deliver documents, organize trips and handle paperwork etc.).

Candidate requirements:

  • Attention to details;
  • Result-oriented (be responsible for the results of the work)
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Quick task comprehension;
  • Keep tasks in focus and ensur their timely completion;
  • English level B2+;
  • Punctuality;
  • Motivation to grow in the IT field.
