Respond to Customer inquiries via phone and email and support the Sales Teams with their inquiries. There is active and passive time of the day. The phone won’t ring any time.
Process operational customer complaints, take ownership and manage the problem.
Collaborate with different departments and participate in projects.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English and in German

MS Office (Excel) knowledge
