German-speaking Customer Service Agent

• Handle inbound calls in German

• Support German-speaking patients with appointment scheduling, changes, or cancellations

• Manage complaints and callback requests

• Make outbound calls to schedule hearing tests

• Accurately log all interactions in the internal system

???? Working hours:

Monday–Friday 8:00–18:00, Saturday 9:00–15:00 (based on shifts, mainly regular hours)

Elvárások:

• You speak German at native or near-native level (C1–C2)

• You’re a good communicator, especially with older clients

• You remain calm, kind and respectful – even under pressure

• You’re familiar with Google tools and comfortable learning new systems

• You have customer service experience – or are eager to start building it
