Finance and Lease Administrator / Budapest

At CSI Leasing Hungary, a proud subsidiary of CSI Leasing, Inc. we are looking for a new colleague who would joinour teamas a Finance and Lease Administrator.

The position is located in Budapest. (Office Address: 1133 Budapest, Váci út 76. 1. ép. 3. em.)
Starting date: ASAP or upon agreement

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of leasing contracts;
- credit & Risk analysis of potential customers;
- communication and cooperation with external and internal accountants;
- assist in preparation of local financial statements;
- use of SAP program for US GAAP and subsequent reporting;
- preparation of CEE USGAAP financial statements (in the future);
- payment confirmation, processing of received Invoices;
- work with our internal applications (SalesForce, MyCSI, Mfiles, Chronoscan);
- preparation of financial reports (Cash flow forecast and budgeting, Margin and Origination report;
Due Payments report, Expense reports...)
- control of invoices payments, Notices on overdue payments;
- equipment Insurance Application;
- office administration.

- University education (Master's degree; specialization in Economics, Finance, Administration)
- English (Upper Intermediate B2) and Hungarian (Proficiency C2/Native)
- More than 3 years of experience
- Responsibility and reliability

- Invoicing - Basic
- Business correspondence - Basic
- Double-entry bookkeeping - Basic
- SAP - Basic
- Good PC skills
- Knowledge of Hungarian Accounting Standards, US GAAP or IFRS background required (at least 1)
- Ability to work with teams and support various functions throughout the organization
- Self-motivation and ability to manage tasks from the beginning to the end
