Responsibilities
- Creating and optimizing product listings, including attributions, visual assets, titles, and descriptions
- Overseeing and ensuring stock optimization
- Monitoring accounts health daily
- Creating product upload plans and coordinating their execution by team members
- Creating and executing product promotion plans (coupons, deals, discounts)
- Setting and updating shipping settings
- Analyzing shop stats (trends, profitability, payments, ads)
- Verifying order fulfillment standards
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in online marketing, preferably but not exclusively in e-commerce
- Previous experience with online store management is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Ability to learn quick and adapt to changes in a fast-paced industry
- Detail-oriented mindset is a must
- Great organizational skills
- Proactive personality
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Excellent English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks based on impact, and adjust plans dynamically to meet changing business needs.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketplace data, monitor performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
