Responsibilities
Position summary:
You will be responsible for the distribution of functional reviews of orders and contracts and the organization of sales decision-making, track the progress of functional reviews and commercial reviews and decision-making conclusions, register Approval Conclusion Closed-loop, and track the implementation of owners.
You will connect the contract commercial manager of the HQ and Rep office. You need to learn and implement the corporate processes, and strictly follow the corporate processes to organize commercial review and approval.

- Strictly comply with the sales authorization and execution process regulations.
- Monitor the operation of regional sales authorization and execution from the perspectives of process, quality, and efficiency.
- You will take the role of bidding/contract coordinator, strictly follow the internal e-flow and mapping to external customer requirement, make sure we could submit the tender or contract in time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or college degree.
- Good communication skills, good English speaking and reading skills, Chinese is a plus
- Ability to work and contribute as an effective team player in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
