Tasks / Feladatok

  • Integrates agile values and methodologies into the organization
  • Develops the corporate culture and drives the mindset change
  • Participates in skill development and attitude formation
  • Facilitate decision-making processes covering all areas of software development
  • Holds trainings on agile principles, methodologies, tools, roles &responsibilities and agile leadership
  • Gives consultancy and coaching for the management and colleagues
  • Makes a proposal to improve the quality of thyssenkrupp processes
  • Works closely with the assigned agile teams and increase of their effectiveness
  • Improving the functioning of teams by presenting, understanding and adapting different methodologies and tools
  • Helps team members to develop their communication skills
  • Finds the best methods and tools and incorporates them into the daily work
  • Supporting the management in the identification of improvement opportunities and in the implementation of new methodologies and processes
  • Resolves conflicts between colleagues

Requirements / Elvárások

  • 3+ years of experience in agile transformation
  • BSc degree, preferably in Engineering or Psychology
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies: Agile coaches should have a solid grasp of Agile concepts, frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean, and how they can be applied in various contexts.
  • Facilitation and collaboration: Coaches facilitate meetings, workshops, and ceremonies, they help create a safe and productive environment for team members.
  • Coaching and mentoring: Agile coaches provide guidance and support to individuals and teams, they act as mentors, empowering teams to make decisions and take ownership of their work.
  • Change management: Agile transformations involve significant changes in processes, mindset, and organizational culture. Coaches help manage this change by addressing resistance, promoting transparency, and assisting leaders in embracing and driving the Agile mindset.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: They need to be able to articulate Agile concepts, actively listen to team members, and adapt their communication style to various stakeholders.
  • Continuous learning: They stay updated with the latest Agile practices, industry trends, and coaching techniques. They also seek feedback and reflect on their own coaching approaches.
  • SAFe knowledge is an advantage.
