Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat using Zendesk in both English and Hungarian.
- Provide detailed product information and assist customers with orders, returns, and refunds.
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and stay updated on new products and services.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Assist in maintaining the online store's reputation by providing excellent service at all times.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements
- Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online retail environment.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer service software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Retail experience is a plus
