Responsibilities
- Organization of raw material supply and logistics processes related to production
- improve the scheduling and management of logistics processes related to coordinated sales
- supervision of waste management, organization of transport processes
- professional management, supervision and mentoring of the operational work of material movers
- management of internal and external warehouse
- conducting a quarterly inventory
- improve warehouse management processes and documents, and train employees to perform work according to standards
- improve logistics and packaging operation standards and encourage employees to implement them according to standards
- inspection and compliance with occupational health and safety rules
- maintaining precise and accurate documentation
- familiar with IATF16949 system, and can develop departmental development plan according to the requirements, leading the warehouse team to develop various regulations, workflow, etc..

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a warehouse and logistics team leader in a manufacturing company
- secondary or higher education
- negotiable English language skills
- ERP system operation experience
- user-level knowledge of MS Office (World, Excel, Powerpoint)
- forklift licence.
