Responsibilities

Are you ready to take ownership of daily operations and lead an autonomous team to success? We’re looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our growing team and play a key role in organising, managing, and delivering operational excellence across our blue-collar projects.

Your Mission:
As our Supervisor, you will report directly to the Shift Manager and be responsible for the organisation of the hour-to-hour operation of nominated projects/areas. Working alongside other inspectors, you will form an autonomous and high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Organise the daily function of the project or area, ensuring teams work in a professional, safe, and effective manner.
  • Plan inspections, Team leaders and allocate resources, ensuring all inspectors are trained and capable of performing their tasks.
  • Secure the required tools for your team, PPE, and materials to carry out activities in line with the Test Plan.
  • Assure product quality through correct labelling, material flow, handling, and segregation of products.
  • Ensure timely completion of all project paperwork and reports, maintaining high standards and accuracy.
  • Maintain inspector compliance through regular audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Foster clear and effective communication within the team and with client Quality/Mfg support teams.
  • Maintain high standards of team appearance and workplace housekeeping.
  • Support recruitment, induction, appraisal, and development of Inspectors in collaboration with the Project Manager or Coordinator.
  • Monitor competitor activity and share sales leads from observed projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement by encouraging team contributions and implementing suggestions.
  • Carry out Level 2 audits on areas.
  • Lead and develop the Team leaders.
  • Step into inspector duties as required, maintaining professional standards and adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic approach with a strong sense of ownership.
  •  Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • English proficiency (spoken and written).
