- minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the area of IT Advisory projects as subject matter expert and/or project manager,
- proven track record managing IT engagements (projects) in major of the following areas: system implementation (ERP, CRM, BI, core banking, BSS/OSS), IT organizational and operating model, technical subject matter projects (ie. architecture related),
- deep understanding of the business model of at least two industries: banking, telecommunication, energy, insurance, production, retail,
- deep understanding of current digital transformation, IT delivery, and complex project/program methodology trends,
- capability of intervening, if needed, in larger projects, even correcting the work of subject matter experts,
- experience in working with C level executives,
- experience in consulting related sales processes,
- strong people management skills with a proven track record as a leader,
- very good presentation skills,
- strong English skills (both written and verbal) and Hungarian native language knowledge is a must,
- IT Advisory/consulting experience,
- experience in working with public sector companies is an advantage, however not required,
- capability of creating concepts, methods for non-predictable situations and engagements is an advantage, however not required.
Csapatunk tagjaként az alábbi feladatokban számítunk Rád:
- act as delivery lead, account manager of selected accounts, including client relationships;
- act as senior advisor, engagement lead;
- manage (as part of Our management team) our team of junior and medior advisors;
- lead E2E sales processes and IT service developments.
