Job Purpose: Build and maintain existing products by handling all relevant Product & Material Master Data.

In this position you will be based in Székesfehérvár.

Your main responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Waste Water Small team to develop and maintain Waste Water products within Domestic Cold Water, including Drainage Pumps and Lifting Stations.
  • Build, validate, verify, and document existing products by managing all relevant Product & Material Master Data, structures, and documents according to Grundfos Group Standards and Processes.
  • Act as the gatekeeper and ambassador for data quality within your area, ensuring the importance of correct data and information.
  • Handle all data and structure activities within the agreed DP project or PLM activity according to related Processes & Standards.
  • Suggest improvements to data maintenance processes and tools.
  • Communicate status and progress to stakeholders outside the project.
  • Ensure that Product Master Data & Information are in place for project milestones.
  • Receive tasks/issues from product development engineers and resolve them through dialogue and best practices.
  • Document results and provide advice on solutions.
  • Actively participate in project teams and contribute to the success of the project.

Your background

  • Experience driving well-defined processes within product development.
  • Strong knowledge of Product Master Data Processes & Standards.
  • Understanding of master data within the area and its impact, with a keen interest in data quality.
  • Strong knowledge of operational systems, e.g., SAP.
  • Detail-oriented and structured.
  • Assistant Engineer / Engineer degree is nice to have could be advantage but not a requirement.
  • Ability to lead a well-defined business process within product development.
  • Ability to influence others and follow processes.
  • Knowledge of best practices and relevant systems in product development.
  • Eager to foster continuous improvement.
  • Independent but able to work effectively in a team.
  • Willing to contribute to the team by actively participating in meetings.
