- Finding potential properties to buy through research, such as analyzing market trends or studying tax records
- Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market to negotiate with sellers in order to obtain the best price possible for a property
- Managing the purchase process from beginning to end, which may involve obtaining financing for the purchase
- Understanding the real estate market, and knowing the economic and development background of it
- Evaluating the financial status of potential investments, including analyzing income potential, expenses, and other factors that affect the potential return on investment
- Conducting research on market conditions in an area to determine whether a potential investment will be profitable
- Coordinating with contractors to perform renovations on properties as needed
- Coordinating with attorneys to ensure legal compliance for all transactions
Elvárások:
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance or related field
- Demonstrated experience in real estate investing or similar field (Bank-, insurance-, or other finance-related experience is an advantage, but not a must)
- Native command of Hungarian and fluency in English both verbally and in writing
- Familiarity with real estate markets and trends
- Ability to identify appropriate investment opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
