SAP Business One Technical Support

The successful candidate will provide the expertise necessary to support SAP Business One, which may include:

●    Responding to support tickets and providing L1 Support to end-users
●    Provide application and business support to Consultants (Applications and Technical)
●    Maintain configuration set by consultants across all markets
●    Troubleshoot and resolve issues
●    Prepare reports 
●    Data Management tasks 
●    Implementing changes to crystal report layouts
●    Maintain knowledgebase
●    Delivering training to SAP Business One end-users across the globe
●    Proactively identify and assess risk and escalate to line manager as required
●    Evaluate issues and escalate to other teams where appropriate 
Other requirements of the candidate involve:
●    Excellent communication skills 
●    Problem-solving abilities
●    Present regular updates to UK line manager
●    Embrace working In a dynamic environment and use initiative
●    Work following SAP Best Practices 
●    Must be able to develop positive relationships with a wide variety of end-users and colleagues
●    Must be a team player
●    Flexibility with working hours required

Elvárások:

●    Experience with SAP Business One - minimum 5 years
●    Experience in a support/helpdesk environment (non-essential)
Qualifications and Education Requirements
●    SAP Business One Certified minimum 9.1  (non-essential)
●    University or college degree
Preferred Skills
●    Microsoft Excel knowledge
●    SQL Server Database
●    3rd Party Add-ons such as:
o    Boyum
●    Develop reports using SQL, Sharperlight and/or Crystal Reports
●    Experience of Sharperlight reporting software advantageous 
●    Knowledge of SAP Business One Add-Ons such as:
o    EFM Format Definition
o    DTW
o    Payment
o    Intercompany
