Sales support

Task:

  • Handling customer orders
  • Monitoring production planning to ensure proper and timely delivery of products.
  • Handling customer requests and maintaining communication.
  • Administering orders in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
  • Issuing delivery notes and invoices.
  • Managing customer data.
  • Expectation:

  • Experience in sales administration.
  • Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, or both Chinese and English.
  • Customer-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office programs.
