Responsibilities

  • Preparation of offers for the hotel's MICE services according to the data provided by the Sales Managers in close collaboration with the F&B department
  • Performing reservation activities related to orders, taking, registering and confirming event orders
  • Coordination of events
  • Liaising with guests
  • Regular maintenance of partner list database
  • Assisting the sales manager

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the hotel industry
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Native Hungarian knowledge
  • Careful, precise and independent work
  • Guest- and quality-oriented thinking
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of an additional foreign language
