The main tasks you will be responsible for are dealing with the incoming complaints, inquiries, occasionally investigating complex cases.
Furthermore, you are going to also take part in general customer relationship, outgoing call campaigns and handling email and phone requests.
(We do not deal with direct sales and cold calls!)
Handling incoming complaints, questions and requests via phone, email and chat- recording and administration
- gathering further information from the dealer network and competent departments and experts
- providing sales consultations to interested customers
- preparing and submitting customer information responses
Making outgoing customer service calls, such as- data clarification, customer satisfaction and event-related calls
- lead request handling and follow-up calls
