Job Description

  • You are part of young, motivated and candidate-experience focused HR Service Team, which takes care from Budapest of the end-to-end recruitment process. Additionally, you are
  • surrounded by a global Bosch network of recruitment specialists that you work together with on a regular basis.
  • You actively contribute in the setup, shaping and further development of our newly established People Acquisition Campus (PAC) with best practice sharing of other PAC countries within Bosch to create a good candidate experience before, during and after the application.
  • You attract candidates while utilizing various sourcing channels and methodology.
  • You effectively utilize internal databases, social media channels and job boards to engage new candidates.
  • You develop a network among potential candidates.
  • You manage job postings and applicantions.
  • You work closely together with the Staffing team within the HR Service Hub to secure the onboarding process for our new-joiners.

Qualifications

  • University Degree (Business, Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences or comparable)
  • 1-3 years of experience of recruitment
  • Open-minded, self-organized, proactive, advanced stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) language skills
