Responsibilities

We are searching for a Recruitment Coordinator with German to coordinate the interview scheduling part of the selection process for our new client.

What you will do:

  • Arranging/scheduling interviews and assessments between hiring managers and the candidates.
  • Travel cost reimbursement - sharing the cost/receipts with the accounting department. It is needed when the candidate travels to another location and has some spendings like taxi, bus, food…etc.
  • Helping and sometimes guiding managers to manage their time/schedule for the interviews.
  • Managing candidates and referrals
  • Managing secondments and internal work assignments
  • Supporting requisitions (this equals writing the internal job posting)
  • Managing a shared mailbox and ATS Workday tasks
  • 1st level support (this is answering incoming emails from candidates, HMs, etc.)

Requirements

  • Fluency in both in German (minimum C1 level) and English (both spoken and written)
  • Confident and comfortable to handle last minute cases
  • Flexible and motivated/ambitious to learn new things
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and team members.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in HR or/and recruitment and hospitality field would be a plus
  • Experience of the German market or/and DACH region is a big plus
