Providing help in administrative tasks MD and Team Heads, as well as potential assistance to all other departments
Dealing with incoming and outgoing office correspondence
Handling travel arrangements
Keeping track of the ’small’ petty cash
Receipt of courier-delivered packages and post
Constant contact with the Office Manager
Providing general administrative tasks
Keep track of office inventory such as stationery, equipment and other supplies
Responsible for handling guest parking and its administration
Printing, scanning and binding of documentations, presentations
Call out of general maintenance services and service providers
Providing hostess duties at company events when needed
Requirements
At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
Fluency in Hungarian and English both written and oral
Confident use of MS Office
High level of guest service & problem-solving skills
Professional self & corporate representation
Nice-to-have
Experience in hospitality
