Project Engineer

The work will include both engineering and administrative tasks.

• Support all the workflows in project preparation phases in connection to development projects assigned to the job holder:
  • permits and execution designs review and comment.
  • technical contents
• In project execution and closing phases in connection to development projects assigned to the job holder:
  • supervise the technical quality of the construction according to design technical requirements, BUD standards, and common legal, technical standards.
  • daily supervision from customer’s side the physical executions with overall project time schedule
  • assisting special administration procedures (like e-logbook related works, quantity survey, quality control, work organizational tasks, etc…)
  • participating in the commissioning and handover procedures
• Execute the necessary reporting activities.
• Coordinate meetings and realize correspondence with all involved parties.
• Alert project sponsor about any deviations from budget, schedule or technical scope and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare proposals, reports, presentations.
• Prepare internal and external meeting documents and presentations, ensure the availability of the necessary information.
• Adequately and continuously handle confidential company documents in accordance with internal regulations and instructions.
• Keep track of the budget of all workflows, creating reports and analysing saving potentials.

• an engineering collage/university degree (faculty of building or civil engineering)
• 0-3 Year work experience
• a medium-level knowledge of English in oral and written.
• “B” type driving license

We are easily accessible by bus 200E from Kőbánya-Kispest, and Ferihegy Railway Station is right next to us (trains run from Nyugati Railway Station and Zugló every quarter hour).
