Our partner has a multinational background. With their state of the art sensors and connectors they supply automotive and other sectors. 

• Supervise the production teams in the detector and connector workshops on a daily basis
• Manage the production team leaders
• Manage team availabilities and their working time
• Train and qualify the staff
• Unite production teams around their results and their production
• Under the responsibility of the entity manager, ensure the safety of employee
• Schedule and prioritize the production
• Implement the necessary procedures to guarantee production that complies with quality standards
• Implement an organization based on tools such as KANBAN, LEAN, etc.
• Monitor the production of new products.
• Manage the availability and daily maintenance of production equipment, necessary for the production for which he is in charge,
• Ensure the storage of stocks, work plans, etc

Elvárások / Requirements

• Field experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environnment
• Necessary knowledge in production flow management (KANBAN, LEAN, and derivatives) adapted to manufactured products
• Necessary basic knowledge in electronics, mechanics and plastics
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 V2015 standard, and carried out quality control
• Comfortable with computerized management tools (MRP/PDP/PDC) implemented as part of an ERP (SAP, BAAN, etc.)
• Native Hungarian language skills
• English and/or French language skills
• Dynamism
• Stress resistance
• Passion for technical issues and their resolution, pragmatism, sense of realization through action
