Responsibilities
The position:
Pricing is the core of the company’s commercial strategy with a direct impact on revenues. It has a crucial role to maximize the number of passengers at the most optimal fare level. Tasks include the following:
Pricing is the core of the company’s commercial strategy with a direct impact on revenues. It has a crucial role to maximize the number of passengers at the most optimal fare level. Tasks include the following:
- Monitor competition and market trends and give recommendations to ensure competitiveness and retain market position
- Analyse performance and capacity changes, and identify potential opportunities
- Define the right strategy for every price segment
- Negotiate pricing proposals with Revenue Management at head office
- Be the bridge between the local sales team’s requests and central revenue management policies
- Follow up on results of pricing actions
- Work with the local marketing team on promotional actions

- Work experience in a truly international environment is an advantage
- Travel industry background and/or ticketing knowledge is an advantage
