Operations manager for Educational Business

• To run and lead the day to day operation of BGC Hungary. 

• To manage, execute and supervise financial, administrative HR (including payroll activities) , legal, IT, procurement, and relocation activities,  processes, and procedures by leading an operational team of 4. 

• To establish internal control system, to set operational KPIs and their tracking system and to prepare management reports. 

• To be the go-to person and problem solver for contractual and finance / invoicing related questions. 

• To ensure company operations meet financial goals and objectives. 

• To be an interface of the company’s accountant, IT provider and lawyer. 

• To cooperate with the Education Director and report to the CEO. 

• At least 3 years of successful working experience in a similar, operational position. 

• Experience in creating policies to help achieve strategic goals. 

• Experience in auditing and monitoring outputs and analyzing data. 

• Experience in compliance, and contract management according to legal standards. 

• Relevant college degree. 

• Excellent IT skills. 

• Native Hungarian and fluency in English.

• Experience in financial accounting and controlling. 

• Experience in online marketing and brand management. 

• Educational background.
