As our Operations Manager, you will lead a small team (3-5 members) within our Operations Department, reporting directly to the COO. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations and enhancing the efficiency of our department. You’ll play a critical role in evaluating existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions that drive operational excellence in our fast-paced food delivery business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee a team of 3-5 individuals, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Ensure all operational processes are covered, optimized, and evaluated regularly for effectiveness.
- Implement improvements to increase departmental efficiency and ensure seamless day-to-day business operations.
- Resolve issues promptly with a strong sense of urgency, critical in the fast-paced food delivery industry.
- Adapt and operate effectively in a start-up culture where processes are still being established.
- Take the initiative to improvise, problem-solve, and “find a way” in dynamic situations.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
- Occasionally travel to the Czech Republic as part of your responsibilities.
