Job location: Debrecen, Hungary

• Responsibility for warehouse operation, planning and utilization of all capacities
• Leading operationsthrough layer of Supervisors and Team leaders.
• You will be the first point of contact in client communication.
• Management and motivation of subordinates
• You will play a role inrecording and reporting damages and non-conformities, as well as in suggesting preventive measures.
• Responsibility for internal and contractual KPIsand implementation of new measures leading to process optimization.
• In a matrix organization, you will collaborate on a daily basis, providing influence and oversight in partnershipwith support functions. (E.g.: maintenance, quality, training)
• Responsibility for compliance with work safety and security rules.

• Proven experience in manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors (experience in the automotive industry is an advantage)
• Decisive personality with assertive communication skills
• Fluent verbal and written communication in Hungarian and English (frequent meetings with customers)
• Experience inleading, motivatingand developinga growing teams
• Experience is change management and project management
• Familiaritywith the structure of large international companiesand matrix organizations.
