Responsibilities

  • Documentation collection and translation: Gather technical information on local laws and regulations, engineering specifications, construction standards, etc. and be able to translate from Hungarian to English.
 
  • Data files, drawings collection and archiving management: Classify and archive the information documents, drawings, etc. generated in the course of the project, and collect and archive the information and approvals generated by the relevant construction and acceptance work.
 
  • Departmental support and internal/external interface: Responsible for coordinating and interfacing with various functional departments within the company, following up on the preparation of the required information and documents, controlling the quality of the information, and being responsible for collecting and arranging them for submission as scheduled.

Requirements

  • At least, Bachelor's degree
  •  Understand relevant design specifications, laws and regulations
  • Able to translate local norms and standards, important documents into English, with solid writing skills and strong written expression ability.
  •  Understand the various departments and third-party companies that need to be docked in the process of local project approval, construction and acceptance, and understand the local construction industry and market;
  • 1-2 years of work experience, with certain file management experience, good communication skills, coordination ability.
  • Skilled in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Native Hungarian, Fluent in English
