- Being first point of contact for B2B partners (e-mails, phone calls)
- Checking incoming information about client contracts,pricing, etc.
- Provide exceptional support for clients with high understanding and communication skills
- Cooperating with other departments (e.g. sales)
- Managing orders for a specific region
- Focusing on the transactional success of the order entry and its quality
Elvárások:
- Full professional proficiency in English and French or German or Hebrew are a must (written and spoken)
- Ability to keep deadlines whilst identifying errors and recommend process enhancements
- You are a customer focused team player with attention to details and prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
- Problem solving skills, with the ability to gather, organize, and illustrate ideas clearly and concisely
- Must be eligible to work in Hungary (European citizenship or residence permit)
