Campaign Execution & Coordination - Support the Marketing Manager in implementing seasonal campaigns, promotions, and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, F&B, Spa, Events) to ensure timely and accurate execution of marketing activities.
- Assist in liaising with Marriott International’s brand marketing teams to adapt global strategies locally.
Digital Marketing & Content Management - Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Prepare and distribute newsletters, in-room collateral, and guest-facing digital screens.
Creative Support - Assist in sourcing photography and video content for campaigns and social media.
Event Marketing & Partnerships - Support the planning and promotion of hotel events, seasonal activations, and brand collaborations.
- Help maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers to enhance visibility.
Reporting & Market Insights - Track campaign performance and prepare reports for the Marketing Manager.
- Conduct competitor research and monitor hospitality trends to identify opportunities.
