Logistics administrator

We are looking for a new team member responsible for tracking and monitoring shipments, registering new deliveries, updating weight details, and managing transport documentation such as CMRs. The role includes data entry in SAP and internal systems, preparing reports and statistics in Excel, and maintaining communication with transport companies while coordinating inbound lorries and shunter drivers. Additional duties involve checking emails, supporting reporting processes, cooperating with other departments, and completing ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.


Jor responsibilities will be:

• Administration
• Discuss the actual shipment with the purchasers/ forwarders
• Checking the previous day arrivals
• Tracking the new shipments
• Cargo organization
• Managing the shipments in Cello/ FIS
• Using internal systems
• Checking emails
• Ad hoc tasks which are defined by direct leader and colleagues who is responsible fo Air and Truck logistics
• Preparing statistical reports, ad-hoc reports

• Secondary school degree
• 1+ years of experience in an administration, logistics
• Communicative level of English and fluency in Hungarian language
• MS Office skills with advanced level of Excel (pivot tables, V look up)
• Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, and responsible approach
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
