To do so, we want to make the busy lives of our customers a bit easier, offer local stores and restaurants additional sales and offer flexible earning opportunities for courier partners.
As a Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing key restaurant partnerships, and monitoring critical KPIs such as order volume, basket size, promotional activities within their own merchant portfolio. This role also involves financial reporting, trend analysis, and the development of marketing action plans.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage your own restaurant portfolio by aligning with the company’s goals and developing dedicated financial and operational plans to guide partner success.
- Provide after-sales support to help improve merchant performance.
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication, both over the phone and in person
- Generate reports on restaurant KPIs and financial metrics using Excel and our internal data system.
- Organize meetings in both Hungarian and English, with internal teams and external partners.
- Collect feedback from partners and help translate it into actionable product, marketing, and operational improvements.
