• Written customer communication (no phone calls)

  • Processing and booking incoming payments (e.g. from airlines, lawyers, customers)

  • Invoice creation

  • Maintaining and entering relevant payment data into the system

  • Close collaboration within the Finance team and with the wider Operations department

  • Very good German skills (essential, as most customer communication is in German)

  • Affinity for numbers / analytical mindset

  • Confident use of MS Office
