Responsibilities
- End user support
- Desktop operation – Software/Hardware, patch management
- Endpoint security operation
- Manage service request ticket through ticketing system
- Cooperate with other IT Teams to ensure end-to-end IT support services are provided
- Support and execute the daily closing procedure of core banking system of the Bank – night shift within the team’s rotation
Requirements
- Experience with desktop & peripheral systems and troubleshooting
- Experience with MS Windows, MS Office and Office 365 applications
- Basic network knowledge
- Strong user service orientation
