Our partner is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Investment Operation Specialists. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of critical tasks, including:
- Outsourcing externally managed funds
- Daily reconciliation of holdings
- Validation checks for cash-avisi and forwarding information on expected cash movements
- Initial and regular Due Diligence
- Requesting and monitoring collateral management information
- Monitoring incoming Swift messages
- Claim management with a focus on support and solution-finding
- Ensuring compliance with investment rules
- Reconciliation of derivative positions for all investment funds
Elvárások:
- a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- fluent English language proficiency
- strong analytical thinking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies
Additional Qualifications:
- experience in using SWIFT
- Proficiency in the German language
