Responsibilities

One of the largest embellishment transfer product manufacturer, LEONHARD KURZ is looking for a billingual internal sales representative in its Budapest office to process customer orders and promote our solutions to our customers.
The position is focused on the Eastern-European market, mainly in the territory of Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and support in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Main tasks of the candidate:
  • keeping contact with existing customers on a daily level from the office
  • handling and processing customer orders
  • understanding and finding solutions to customers' demands
  • maintain close and effective working relationship with sales team members
  • follow up the leads generated by marketing campaigns to identify new business opportunities
  • provide feedback to the management on the success of campaigns
  • reporting to Sales Manager and Managing Director

Requirements

  • ability to learn fast
  • fluent in Hungarian
  • negotiation level in English, both written and spoken
  • Romanian language is a plus
  • technical mindset
  • willingness to travel on a random basis
  • experience in B2B
  • good negotiation skills and knowlegde of the respective culture of the area (assertiveness, persuasive power, give-and-take, empathy, consideration of specific mentality)
  • ability to work independently and at the same time in a small team
