Finance & HR Services (FHS) at DHL Group – that’s us! We deliver shared services in Finance and HR for our divisions within the group.

 

Job Purpose:

  • Support administration of HR Administration/Shared Services activities to deliver best in class HR services, products and systems in line with HR Shared Services process guidelines, quality standards and timelines

Your tasks:

  • You work in the team responsible for travel and expense reimbursements for Deutsche Post AG as well as many DHL subsidiaries
  • As an HR assistant, you will carry out the checking and accounting of orders in our SAP system, especially our Concur system (myTravel)
  • There is the possibility to learn further areas of work internally. These include, for example, the processing of A1 certificates, the settlement of company credit cards and Bizagi as a workflow management tool

Your profile:

  • 1+ years of work experience preferably in HR / Administration / Payroll / Customer Service
  • Experience from corporate environment would be an advantage
  • Detail oriented personality
  • Great organizational skills
  • Customer oriented approach
  • Advanced English and basic German knowledge
