Head of Property & Infrastructure (m/f/d)

• Responsible for ensuring the availability of infrastructure for the plant
• Responsible for site security
• Responsible for test track management (maintenance, expansion, access control and management, safety, and appropriate use).
• Responsible for energy and environmental management and continuous improvement
• Plan and coordinate site activities in order to ensure the required availability of resources.
• First point of contact for infrastructure suppliers.
• First point of contact in the coordination of medical, fire, and terror countermeasures.
• Cooperation with authorities as mayor, fire brigade, police, army, and the landlord.
• Future orientated and strategic planning about continuous improvement of strategic capabilities.
• Set up and update an organizational structure to the changing demands, support all related roles and responsibilities.
• Lead, coordinate and train personnel as well as develop future skills.
• Support and coordination of global plant planning and infrastructures within the framework of the JV production strategy.
• Hold responsibility for site budgets, modify these for maximum efficiency
• Structured reporting according to Rheinmetall and Hungarian requirements to the COO.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
• Site & Infrastructure Management and/or Supplier Management, Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
• English (mandatory) and/or German-speaking
• Several years experience in construction or investment management
• Facility Management experience
• Strong interpersonal and Teambuilding skills
• MS Office, SAP (S4) user skills
