• Supporting the International Assignments Department Augsburg concerning administrative activities related to the assignments abroad,
  • Setting up miscellaneous letters on request such as invitation letters, support letters, employment confirmation letters,
  • Preparation of certificates such as confirmations with regard to the international health insurance,
    setting up letters on request for the tax authorities,
  • Preparations of letters for the payment of the reference salary for Switzerland based on the posted worker notifications

Elvárások:

  • Education in the field of business administration or similar
  • Min. 2 years of experience in international assignments or global mobility
  • Confident English and German skills both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of SAP HR, MS Office
  • Reliable, motivated and swift way of working
  • Good communication skills
