- Supporting the International Assignments Department Augsburg concerning administrative activities related to the assignments abroad,
- Setting up miscellaneous letters on request such as invitation letters, support letters, employment confirmation letters,
- Preparation of certificates such as confirmations with regard to the international health insurance,
setting up letters on request for the tax authorities,
- Preparations of letters for the payment of the reference salary for Switzerland based on the posted worker notifications
Elvárások:
- Education in the field of business administration or similar
- Min. 2 years of experience in international assignments or global mobility
- Confident English and German skills both written and spoken
- Knowledge of SAP HR, MS Office
- Reliable, motivated and swift way of working
- Good communication skills
