Responsibilities

  • leads other associates by coaching
  • giving direction and may include training, scheduling
  • leads the agents whom are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions
  • comply at all times with Hyatt standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
  • fulfil all Front Office functions in all shifts
  • handle and follow through on all guest requests

Requirements

  • Strong leadership, communication and relationship skills
  • Support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities
  • Pleasant and professional personality
  • Attentiveness and patience with guests
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
     

EDUCATION

  • Hotel Management education is a plus
  • Fluent in English, additional language is an advantage
  • Knowledge of PMS Opera is a plus

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Must have at least one-year work experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Senior Receptionist in 4* and 5* hotels
