Responsibilities

Fixed Asset Inventory & Lifecycle Management:
  • Manage end-to-end processes for employee IT assets, including laptops
  • Distribute computers to new hires on their first working day and complete Asset Management Tool (AMT) registration within 3 working days
  • Process returned computers from resigned employees on their last working day
  • Drive the exit of obsolete laptops, achieving a refresh rate of over 90% for assets exceeding four years of service
  • Execute key asset activities: label printing, transfers, compensation applications, and repair requests
  • Maintain accurate asset records (descriptions, locations, accessories)
  • Manage registration, receipt, and distribution of borrowed assets
  • Conduct and report on quarterly and annual physical asset counts
Fixed Asset Return & Disposal Management:​​​​​​​
  • Lead the disposal process for administrative assets in strict compliance with company policy.
  • Guide disposal procedures for other asset classes
  • Ensure full clearance and return of assets from resigned employees, managing idle asset pools
  • Guarantee 100% compliance with Key Control Points (KCPs) in disposal activities
Fixed Asset Communication & Publicity Management:
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries on asset policies and procedures
  • Proactively notify employees of latest company documents and requirements related to assets
  • Provide guidance and training on asset-related systems
  • Plan and execute publicity campaigns to promote asset business processes

Requirements

  • Smart, intelligent, and strong rule-follower with high responsibility and reliability
  • Excellent English skills (Chinese language is an advantage)
  • Extensive experience is not necessary; we welcome candidates with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

Nice-to-have

  • Proven experience in asset management, inventory control, or similar roles is a plus
