Feladatok:
- Provide information, technical advises and solutions, assess warranty claims to smart retailers, primarily via a ticketing system in retailer’s local language
- Manage retailer enquiries via taking ownership of the cases until the final resolution or escalation within the defined lead times
- Liaise with retailer personnel at all levels and ensure clear and correct communication
- Analyse the request and identify the root causes and main technical or diagnostic issues
- Assessment, administration and follow up of retailers’ warranty claims and pre-authorizations submitted electronically
- Liaise with smart IT for the system issues resolution in line with the escalation process
Elvárások:
- You have relevant education in automotive, engineering, or electrical field
- You must be fluent in German / Dutch and advanced in English (any additional language will be a plus)
- You are experienced with electric vehicle platforms, hybrid technology, aftersales, warranty management, IT or process management would be a strong advantage
- You are comfortable dealing with technical documentation and tools
- You have strong root cause investigation and analytical skills
- You have a strong desire to help people and willingness to learn innovative technologies
