Edging & Mounting Specialist to join our team in Budapest, responsible for edging and mounting eyeglass lenses, performing adjustments and repairs, and ensuring accurate, timely order fulfillment in line with prescriptions and company standards.

E&M specialist tasks- Advise on frame and lens selection based on prescriptions and organizational standards.
- Mount lenses into frames according to specifications and prescriptions.
- Determine lens characteristics from medical prescriptions or optician requests; order raw lenses as needed.
- Grind lenses to size and perform edging operations.
- Repair and service optical devices; adjust frames and lenses for customers based on optician data.
- Perform administrative tasks: monitor orders, polishing, complaints, and dispatches in the system.
- Sort frames and decide which edging tasks to outsource (Delta or Optilab Solutions).
- Register all internal edging and mounting activities daily for transparency across departments.
- Respond to inquiries from Customer Service regarding delivery times, frame details, and diameters.
- Calibrate frames and support Customer Service with technical information.
- Evaluate positions for optimal aesthetics and quality.
- Conduct final inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Communicate daily with Stock Department and Customer Service.
