Diákmunka - Customer Service Agent – CEE – SK and CZH Language
Feladatok:
The aim of the position is to deliver frontline customer service to our internal and external customers by managing orders and associated follow-ups
•Provide frontline service to internal and external customers via phone, e-mail, fax and instant messaging
•Accurately enter all orders and manage exceptions as per defined processes
•Manage the daily workload on a “first in, first out” basis to achieve defined service level agreements
•Follow-up on any pending issue or inquiry to meet customer delivery expectations
•Work with other internal functions to resolve order management related issues
•Provide status update on orders and order or product related documentations
•Suggest process improvements (CI)
•Demonstrate understanding of Order Support’s Key Performance Indicators and department ISO procedures
