Requirements:
- Proficiency in intermediate-level English
- Fluent Dutch language skills (for support purposes)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Completion of secondary school education
- Customer-focused, willing, helpful attitude
- Good problem-solving skills
Tasks:
- Responding to inquiries about products and orders
- Providing comprehensive support and continuously monitoring their cases
- Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues
- Executing administrative task
