Responsibilities
- Processiong of written and telephone inquiries
- Offer and Order entry via our ERP-system
- Processing returns
- Telephone advice and sales
- Maintaining the customer database
- Close cooperation with Sales & Purchasing departments
- Monitoring of incomming payments and deposits
- Coordination with customers regarding delivery and installations and notice
- Complaint processing for wrong deliveries
Requirements
- Commercial and/or technical education
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Competent in use of office softwares
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Fluent English language knowledge (German is an advantage)
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
