Responsibilities

  • Acting as a primary point of contact for customers
  • Coordinating customer orders from receipt to delivery
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
  • Cooperating closely with Sales, Logistics, Production and other internal departments
  • Monitoring order status and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
  • Managing export and import related documentation, if required
  • Maintaining and updating customer and order databases
  • Preparing reports and supporting administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Customer-oriented mindset with rational problem-solving skills
  • Precise, reliable, and proactive working attitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage

Nice-to-have

  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
