Responsibilities

  • communication with customers with a multiple product portfolio in email/telephone
  • using of various IT systems
  • submitting replenishment and registration of contracts, control of customer data
  • answering invoicing inquiries
  • applications in Navision for the registration of vehicles in toll systems
  • TMS (Ticket management system) – JIRA – daily activities
  • development of the product and services associated with it
  • customer service on the telephone line
  • e-mail communication
  • document archiving
  • blocks cards
  • administrative activities related to logistics (if necessary)
  • performs other tasks assigned to their direct superiors
  • gives incentives to improve the quality of services for clients
  • immediately communicates information about possible impending problems
  • participates in education and personnel development within his job title according to the instructions of the company management.
  • is continuously educated and obtains the latest information within his field and to the extent of the work performed.
  • performs other work, according to the instructions of his superior, to which he is eligible on the basis of his qualifications.
  • adheres to the principles and guidelines defined by internal quality management regulations and procedures.

Requirements

  • Communicative
  • Customer Orientation
  • very good knowledge of Hungarian language,communicative knowledge of English
  • knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel)
  • Ability to perform in multicultural environment
