Responsibilities
- communication with customers with a multiple product portfolio in email/telephone
- using of various IT systems
- submitting replenishment and registration of contracts, control of customer data
- answering invoicing inquiries
- applications in Navision for the registration of vehicles in toll systems
- TMS (Ticket management system) – JIRA – daily activities
- development of the product and services associated with it
- customer service on the telephone line
- e-mail communication
- document archiving
- blocks cards
- administrative activities related to logistics (if necessary)
- performs other tasks assigned to their direct superiors
- gives incentives to improve the quality of services for clients
- immediately communicates information about possible impending problems
- participates in education and personnel development within his job title according to the instructions of the company management.
- is continuously educated and obtains the latest information within his field and to the extent of the work performed.
- performs other work, according to the instructions of his superior, to which he is eligible on the basis of his qualifications.

Requirements

- very good knowledge of Hungarian language,communicative knowledge of English
- knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel)
