Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience by managing service requests and responding to customer needs with professionalism and care. Working in a supportive international environment, you will:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails in Hungarian and English, providing outstanding support.
  • Process service requests via customer portals while ensuring accuracy and SLA compliance.
  • Enter and manage jobs in our internal CMS system.
  • Schedule service visits and aftersales appointments—even during night shifts.
  • Coordinate technician workloads for the next day.
  • Accurately assign and log maintenance jobs.
  • Proactively monitor, update, and close cases in internal and client platforms.
  • Maintain and develop strong customer relationships through clear communication.
  • Collaborate closely across shifts for seamless operations.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Validate Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc customer reports.

Requirements

  • Ideally 1–3 years of experience in customer service, or operations (fresh graduates also welcome!).
  • Experience in a multinational or shared-service environment is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook; knowledge of Salesforce or Lightfoot is a plus.
  • Native Hungarian and strong English (spoken and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills—especially during varying shifts.
  • Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working outside standard business hours.
  • A team player with excellent communication and smooth shift-handover skills.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly organized.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
