CRM Account Manager – BMW Team (Central Eastern Europe)

We are seeking a CRM Account Manager to join our dedicated BMW team, supporting CRM-based direct and digital marketing services and coordinating customer relationship projects across local BMW subsidiaries in the Central Eastern European region.
 
  • Maintaining contact with the local and regional BMW CRM and Marketing departments
  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign management, from planning to rollout
  • Planning campaigns and solutions to achieve the client’s business and communication objectives
  • Brief and coordinate cross-functional teams (data management and contact center), ensuring resources are allocated effectively in line with sprint planning
  • Support the development and implementation of CRM strategies tailored to local needs
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to data-driven optimizations
  • Preparing reports for the client and management
  • Develop a strong understanding of market specifics
  • Build working knowledge of technical and data architecture
  • Ensure accurate financial tracking and handle administrative responsibilities, including the issuance of purchase validations (PVs) and maintaining well-organized, up-to-date campaign documentation

Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or CRM Project Manager
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret and apply insights from data dashboards and reports
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign
  • Experience in automotive marketing or CRM project management is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with project management tools, including Jira, Atlassian, Smartsheet, or Monday
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level preferred)
  • Collaborative and empathetic team player, comfortable working with multinational colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience in executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
