About the job:
At Szallas Group, we believe that growth is driven by strong partner relationships and a sales strategy that quickly responds to market needs. We are now looking for a Corporate Sales Manager who is passionate about building business relationships and motivated to achieve ambitious goals.


Your responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining relationships with our partners, clients, and customers; building long-term business relationships
  • Driving domestic revenue and actively contributing to the implementation of the sales strategy
  • Continuously expanding both hotel and non-hotel offerings, and bringing in new partners
  • Preparing regular reports and analyzing sales data
  • Handling matters related to the company’s commercial and domestic trade activities
  • Preparing and presenting quotations to partners
  • Continuously monitoring accommodation prices and pricing structures, and making optimization recommendations
  • Performing additional sales-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements

  • Have experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Are confident in building and maintaining long-term partner relationships
  • Possess strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Are proactive, results-driven, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
  • Work confidently with numbers and reporting tools
  • Have a strong intermediate level of English, while the working language is Hungarian
  • Are comfortable with industry-specific terminology and understand commercial processes
